Press Release

On January 17, 2018, at approximately 12:00AM, a single vehicle crash occurred on East Sherman Avenue east of South Lincoln Avenue.

Preliminary investigation of this crash indicated a silver in color 2004 Honda Civic operated by Jarred N. Banks (18/M) of Vineland, New Jersey traveling eastbound on Sherman Avenue when his vehicle crossed the opposing westbound lane of travel and striking a utility pole on the north side of the roadway.

As a result of this crash, Banks was transported to Atlantic City Medical Center for his sustained injuries and is currently listed in critical condition.

This crash is being investigated by Officer Fredrick DeMary of the Vineland Police Department’s Traffic Safety Unit.
