#1: Unknown offender(s) contacted the victim via a popup message on her computer. Victim provided credit card information to offender(s) to unfreeze computer. Victim contacted credit card company to report incident.

#3: Unknown offender(s) entered the business and while interacting with the victim, took his silver Apple iPhone X cellphone, value $1,100, from the counter.

#4: Unknown offender(s) entered the business and removed two DeWalt toolkits, value $758 each. The offender is described as a white male wearing a tan winter cap, glasses, red coat with a hood and jeans.
