Brian E Curtis was arrested, processed, and released to a third party for driving while intoxicated and reckless driving following a check on the welfare of a vehicle that was not moving in traffic on the Southwest Boulevard and West Sherman Avenue.  Curtis was not able to complete sobriety tests on scene and related “he was too intoxicated.”  He was subsequently arrested and brought to police headquarters for processing.  At the station he provided breath samples yielding more than three times the legal limit.  Court for the aforementioned matter is pending at the Vineland Municipal Court.
