Jorge Munoz-Vivar was arrested, processed, and released to a third party for driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, operating a vehicle while unlicensed, and possessing open alcoholic containers inside of a vehicle.  Munoz-Vivar was observed by investigating officers driving all over the roadway when a motor vehicle stop was initiated.  Once contact was made, Munoz-Vivar placed a piece of gum in his mouth to mask the odor of the alcoholic beverage coming from his breath.  Inside of his vehicle were numerous opened Coors Light can beers scattered throughout.  Field sobriety tests were conducted and Munoz-Vivar wa unable to complete them to standards.  He was subsequently arrested and transported to police headquarters for further processing.  At the station he provided breath samples yielding almost twice the legal limit.  Court is scheduled at a later date at the Vineland Municipal Court.
