The Department of Corrections will be conducting an active shooter training exercise for their Department members from 9am to 12 pm on August 28, 2019. The training will be limited to the 3rd floor of Williams Pavilion Building on the east State campus. This notice is being sent to building contacts. Please distribute this notice so that no one misinterprets any of the sounds or actions of the exercise as an actual event. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact LT Robert Elliot, Maine Capitol Police at 287-4353.
