For Immediate Release:  November 8, 2019

On November 8, 2019, a narcotic investigation resulted in execution of multiple search warrants, the arrest of three individuals, and the recovery of drugs.

A three-month investigation into the distribution of narcotics led to arrest of Lewis Hargrove, Omar Fisher, and Tenisah Alexander.  Detective Darrin Lorady of the Special Investigations Section acted upon information that Hargrove was transporting narcotics between Atlantic City and Deptford, NJ. 

As a result of the investigation, detectives executed search warrants on three residences and two vehicles involved in the illegal activity.  The residences included two in Atlantic City and one in Sewell, NJ.  During the search, detectives recovered 1,050 bags of heroin, 22 grams of fentanyl, three grams of cocaine, two pounds of marijuana, paraphernalia consistent with distributing narcotics, and more than $5,000 in cash. 

ARRESTED:  Lewis Hargrove, a 38-year-old man from Atlantic City.

CHARGES:  Two counts each of possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and possession with intent to distribute CDS, maintaining a CDS production facility, distribution of CDS, and conspiracy.

ARRESTED:  Omar Fisher, 38-year-old man from Atlantic City.

CHARGES:  Two counts each of possession of CDS and possession with intent to distribute CDS, possession of CDS paraphernalia, and conspiracy.

ARRESTED:  Tenisah Alexander, a 30-year-old woman from Atlantic City.

CHARGES:  Possession of CDS, possession with intent to distribute CDS, maintaining a CDS production facility, and conspiracy.

All three were remanded to the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
