Investigators with the Police Department's Animal Cruelty Unit are asking for the public's help after a small poodle was discovered deceased, tied up in a cruel manner and propped against a residential fence at the corner of Davis and Dorbrandt in the Lower Valley area.  This incident occurred between 8 pm April 10th and 10 am April 11th.  Anyone with information regarding this is asked to call the EPPD Animal Cruelty Unit.
