For Immediate Release:  June 9, 2020

On June 9, 2020, investigations are underway in the shooting of three men in two separate incidents.

At 12:12 am, patrol officers responded to the AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Division, in reference to a victim that walked into the Emergency Room suffering from gunshot wounds.  The victim, a 39-year-old man from Atlantic City, was being treated for injuries.

At 12:38 am, patrol officers responded to the first block of south Florida Avenue in reference to a ShotSpotter alert.  Responding officers located a shooting victim in the 2400 block of Pacific Avenue.  The victim, a 40-year-old man from Oklahoma City, OK, was transported to the medical center with serious injuries.  A second shooting victim, a 24-year-old man from Newark, NJ, walked into the medical center to be treated for his injury.

All of the shooting victims are expected to survive.
