For Immediate Release:  September 4, 2020

On September 3, 2020, at 10:22 pm, patrol officers responded to the 500 block of Indiana Avenue for a ShotSpotter alert.  Officers arrived to find that multiple gunshots had been fired into an occupied residence.  A 9-year-old female sustained an injury to her foot.  The cause of the injury is unknown, however, it is believed to be from a gunshot wound or fragmentation of a bullet.  The victim was transported to the AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Division for treatment.
