On 04/29/21 at 03:37 A.M. officers responded to a business alarm in the 8700 block of Wyoming Ave N. Officers arrived and located forced entry to the business and heard people inside. As officers were setting up an exterior perimeter around the building two suspects fled from the business. One suspect fled in a vehicle and officers engaged in a vehicle pursuit after that suspect. A pursuit intervention tactic (PIT) maneuver was attempted to stop the vehicle. The suspect then rammed a squad car causing minor injuries to some of the officers. The suspect vehicle was boxed in and the suspect was safely taken into custody. As this was going on other officers engaged in a foot pursuit with the second suspect and were able to take him into custody. A third person found to be an accomplice was also located in the nearby businesses and taken into custody. This incident required the assistance of several surrounding agencies.
