On May 21st at about 8:45 P.M., Brooklyn Park officers were dispatched to shots being fired and one male who had been shot in the 5600-block of 69th Ave. N. Arriving officers located a male who had been shot several times and was not cooperative with officers. Medical aid was provided by the officers and he was transported to an area hospital by ambulance. He is listed in stable condition. Officers were advised by a witness that the possible suspect left in a vehicle. Officers searched the area and were unable to locate any suspects at this time. Hennepin County CSI processed the scene. Brooklyn Park investigators are actively investigating this incident.
