District 1 of the Cincinnati Police Department responded to a reported shooting at 1202 Walnut Street in Over-the-Rhine.

On November 23, 2017 at 3:10 AM several calls were received about a person shot near the intersection of 12th and Walnut Streets. Officers responded and located a female victim suffering from a gunshot wound to her face. Witnesses provided information leading officers to develop a description of a van used in the offence.

The owner and occupants of the van in the attached photo are wanted for questioning in this offense.
